Nancy Mildebrandt. A.K.A. LogoWoman. Costumer extrordinaire. Mistress of the "You started that when!?!" Costume.

Our Bernadette is Henry Osier, one of my housemates.

So I was sitting around the club one blustery fall day when ole Lord Slackbladder mentioned to me that plucky Lady Mildebrandt was working on quite a silly lark for the Easter pageant this year. "Well, bully if that isn't the stuff, Slacky!" I said, as I downed my Campari and seltzer. I then dashed over to Lady M's to let her know I would be in for six.

When I got over there and told her that I was up and in for the big bollocks up, she said "What the hell's with you? Have you been watching too much PBS again?"

"Well, would you'd rather me go back to my FARGO kick again?"

"No, that's okay."

And I was off and running to my fate at Minicon. Sure, I've been under the big lights on stage and even claim to have shaved three minutes off my Andy Warhol limit, but never like that. But, what the hell, you only go around once, so why not laugh along the way. If nothing else, I really injured a few of my friends' tiny little brains

Respectfully submitted, HWO

"He's turning into a bloody good little performer." While nowhere as obnoxious as Adam, Marcus Maichle made an exquisite Felicia. And he's a much better dancer than Henry or me.

That would be me...

So what do you do when you're not dressing in up in drag?

Well, I really enjoy going to science fiction conventions...

Where you dress up in drag. Try again.

Well, this is the first time I've done it. I suppose if I say that I design web pages, you won't like that answer either. Let's see... In summer, I'm a member of the court at the Bristol Renaissance Fair.

Still dressing up...

I enjoy dressing up. It's fun. If I didn't dress up, I probably wouldn't sew myself. I enjoy sewing, but my patience level wouldn't otherwise be up to the necessary level.

Anyway, dressing up is a fun alternative to my average week as a systems consultant. There I have to make an attempt to look respectable.

A consultant. I suppose you work with the Internet...

I do a bit of web design, mostly user documentation, but most of the time I do e-mail systems support. I'm supporting about 3000 users on a system that's gatewayed to the internet, so I suppose that counts. The company I'm contracting with is in the process of phasing out those systems, and replacing them with a more unified system. When my systems shut down, I'll find myself a new project.

You mentioned web design earlier... Anything you want to say about it?

Other than that I have a Non-Priscilla web page? I'll let the icons at the bottom of this page say it for me.
